The NorWest CHC Armstrong team will be in the Port Arthur Room, Superior Inn (555 Arthur St. W.) to support NorWest CHC clients and individuals from Armstrong and Whitesand First Nation who have been evacuated and do not have a health care provider.

Our team, including Shawn (Nurse Practitioner) and Courtney (Armstrong Receptionist), will be providing prescription refills and non-emergency medical care.

This clinic is offered in partnership with Dilico Anishinabek Family Care and the Independent First Nations Alliance to help ensure evacuees have access to essential health care services.

NorWest CHC Armstrong clients evacuated to Thunder Bay requiring medical care or prescription refills can reach out to Courtney, the Armstrong site receptionist, at 807-473-5528. By calling that number, you will be directed to our Kakabeka Site - please ask to speak with Courtney.

In addition, any Armstrong clients or those without a healthcare provider that need midwifery services or medical care for infants/ children under the age of 13, can contact Lauryn at 807-626-7872 to book an appointment.
