Through my own experiences, I have been able to build a set of tools to deal with fatigue, stress and anxiety by combining my professional understanding of how the body works with my own experiences. After

leaving an unhealthy relationship, and going through a lengthy divorce; I was financially and emotionally exhausted and stressed while living in a constant state of fatigue and anxiety while raising my two young children, on top of working in a high energy demanding field. I had to challenge everything I had been taught to get out of survival mode and start prioritizing myself and my health so I can be there for the most important people in my life, my family. I want to empower others so they don’t have to go through the same challenges I did with crippling fatigue and stress that wreaked havoc on my health for years. That’s why I am committed to helping busy professionals using simple solutions that finally work so you can overcome your fatigue, anxiety and health issues in your own life.
