What are you doing next Saturday for Summer Solstice?!

The Summer Solstice Ceremony and Sound Journey ✨

An intimate Summer Solstice experience featuring ceremonial cacao, guided intention setting, and a deeply restorative sound journey — created to help you flow into the season feeling open, aligned, and renewed.

We’ll begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, inviting connection, clarity, creativity, and a deeper sense of presence. Ceremonial cacao has long been used to support emotional openness, grounding, and gentle energetic expansion as we gather in community and set intentions for the season ahead.

Please note: cacao may not be suitable for everyone, particularly those with cacao/chocolate sensitivities or certain health conditions. If cacao is not aligned for you, a nourishing herbal tea will be lovingly provided as an alternative so you can still fully enjoy the experience.

Come as you are and allow yourself to soften, receive, and open to the flow of summer

🌳☀️ Yoga in the Park is back this July! ☀️🌳
Join us Tuesday evenings from 7:00–8:00 PM at McDonald Park for a free community yoga class. This is one of our favorite ways to connect, move, and give back together.

🧘 July 7 – Amanda

While this event is completely free, we're inviting those who are able to bring one non-perishable food item or hygiene product (deodorant, toothpaste, body wash, shampoo, etc.). Donations will be collected each week and given to our local Boys & Girls Club to support youth and families in our community.

Bring your mat, a water bottle, and a friend! Let's spend our summer evenings moving, breathing, and making a difference together. 💙

More options, more balance, more ways to practice. ☀️
Starting in July, we're adding even more unheated classes to our schedule:

Tuesday & Thursday | 9:00 AM Hatha
Wednesday | 3:30 PM Deep Stretch

With these additions, we'll now offer at least one unheated class every day of the week!

We know every body and every season is different. Whether you love the heat or prefer a cooler practice, we want to meet you where you are and make yoga accessible to everyone.

Hot or not, there's a place for you on your mat.

A bittersweet goodbye to our sweet Jenny. 💛
Many of you know Jenny as one of our wonderful teachers, but she is also a professor at TRU. She has been granted a one-year sabbatical and is heading to Vancouver Island for the next 14 months to conduct research in her field.
While we will miss her deeply, we are so proud of her and this exciting opportunity. We know she is off to do amazing things.
It's not goodbye forever—just goodbye for now. We can't wait to welcome you back, Jenny! ✨
