We are a Family Practice medical office providing care to our registered patient's. Currently we are not accepting or maintaining a waitlist for new patients. If you are looking for a family physician you can register with Health Care Connects and they will link you to a family physician in our area

We will reopen Tuesday, October 13th, 2026, at 8:30am with the phones turning on at 9:00am.
