Our feet and knees work together as part of our foundation.

During classes, we pay attention to how the feet connect with the ground and how that support travels through the knees and into the rest of the body.

When we create stability from the ground up, we can move with more balance, awareness, and ease.

✨ New Location Update ✨

I'm happy to share that I am now offering Manual Osteopathy treatments at a new wellness clinic in Carp! 🌿

Manual Osteopathy is a gentle, hands-on approach that looks at the body as a whole. I work with you fully clothed and use individualized techniques to support mobility, ease tension, and improve overall function.

Depending on your needs, treatment may include cranial osteopathy, visceral techniques, myofascial release, and osteo-articular techniques.

Manual Osteopathy may be helpful for concerns such as:

✨ Back and neck discomfort
✨ Headaches and tension
✨ Shoulder and joint restrictions
✨ Sports injuries and repetitive strain
✨ Plantar fasciitis
✨ Digestive and nervous system tension

Every treatment is adapted to the individual and your body's presentation on the day of treatment.

📅 I am currently available on Fridays.

📍 Carp, Ontario

✨ What does “individualized treatment” actually mean?

It means your session is based on you—not a standard routine.

Two people with similar symptoms may still receive different treatment depending on factors like movement patterns, sensitivity, lifestyle, and goals.

Even your own treatment may look different from one visit to the next.

The intention is always to support what your body needs in that moment.

✨ How can daily habits influence how your body feels?

The way we sit, work, sleep, and manage stress can all contribute to how the body responds over time.

In assessment, these factors help guide a more complete understanding of what may be contributing to your discomfort or tension patterns.

Treatment often includes discussion around movement awareness and simple strategies you can explore between sessions.

✨ How treatment planning works in my practice

I offer Registered Massage Therapy and Manual Osteopathy as separate services.

At the time of booking, clients may choose to begin with either a massage therapy session or a manual osteopathy session.

Following your initial appointment and assessment, a treatment plan is developed based on your individual needs, main concerns, and goals.

Ongoing care may include massage therapy sessions and/or osteopathy sessions as distinct appointments, depending on what is appropriate for your body and guided by assessment findings, clinical reasoning, and your comfort.

My focus is on individualized, client-centered care, with a clear and structured approach that evolves as your needs change.

✨ Why does massage therapy sometimes include areas that are not the site of discomfort?

The body works as a connected system, not isolated parts.

Sometimes the area that feels uncomfortable may be influenced by how we move, sit, breathe, or compensate elsewhere in the body.

In assessment, we look at patterns rather than only one location, which may guide a broader treatment approach.

Everything is always discussed with you and based on your comfort and goals.

✨ What actually happens during a massage therapy assessment?

Many people are surprised that treatment doesn’t start immediately on the table.

A large part of the session is a conversation about your current concerns, health history, lifestyle, and goals. This helps guide what is appropriate for your body on that day.

Assessment may also include gentle movement observation or physical testing when appropriate, always within your comfort level.

This process helps ensure that treatment is individualized and relevant to you.

Your body adapts to everything you do every day.

Pain is often a signal—not just the problem itself.

If you’ve been dealing with persistent tension or discomfort, it may be time to look at the bigger picture.
