What is the Microcosmic Orbit? ☯️

- A classic Taoist meditation that promotes health and longevity by harmonizing breath, body and Mind.

- It gently guides awareness through a loop along the two primary Yin and Yang energy channels: up the spine (the Governing Vessel) and down the front body (the Conception Vessel).

- Practiced with relaxed breath, light pelvic floor engagement, and simple visualization, it encourages a smooth, circular flow of Qi (life force) through the body, balancing all channels and all Organs
