A year ago on this day a bunch of our practice members were waiting in the office for their 7:30am adjustments with no sign of Dr. Josh to be seen... and then a couple hours later Saelah Fay was born! ❤️😂

Happy birthday to our sweet baby girl. Thank you to all of you who have been a part of her sweet little life so far ✨

We made it safely to sunny South Africa 🙌🏽 and we’ve been soaking up some good quality family time, vitamin D and Table Mountain views ever since.
