Dynamic cupping is usually one of those treatments people get curious about the second they see it 👀

Unlike stationary cupping, dynamic cupping involves movement, allowing the cups to glide across the skin while working through tension, stiffness, and restricted areas.

A lot of clients enjoy this approach because you can often feel instant relief from tension. It creates a pulling sensation on the connective tissue (fascia) and it helps create space between the layers of tissue beneath the cup.. Such a good compliment to massage!

“What’s the difference between hard cups and silicone cups?”

• Hard cups: Provide a stronger, more targeted suction, great for increased circulation and muscle recovery.

• Silicone cups: Allow for more movement based techniques like dynamic cupping which is super beneficial for fascia/connective tissue release.

Depending on the area being treated and the intention, one approach may be a better fit than the other.

I personally incorporate silicone dynamic cupping into a lot of my treatments. It’s easy to integrate, gets great results, and so many of my clients love the way it feels! Come try it for yourself. 😌

Somewhere between showing up for clients, running the behind the scenes, and just… life doing its thing, I realized I never actually paused to acknowledge a few big moments these past few months.

Being a solopreneur is hectic (and sometimes lonely) like that. You’re always onto the next thing before you’ve even let yourself land in what you’ve created.. and there’s no one else there to remind you to celebrate.

It’s easy in life to get so focused on where we’re going (and sometimes having the weight that our goals feel so far away) that we forget to stop and appreciate where we came from and all the growth we’ve already made. 🤍

So here’s me, slowing it down for a second and letting it count.
