Motivation is weather. It comes and goes. Willingness is showing up to the check-in anyway. Sending the text. Eating the meal you don't feel like eating.

Calorie counting treats every calorie the same, asks you to outrun hunger with discipline, and doesn't care whether you're losing fat or muscle.

The Ideal Protein Protocol preserves muscle, works with your hormones, and phases you back to real food so you don't undo what you built.
