Katarina is a physiotherapist who brings a wealth of experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. She earned her Master of Science in Physiotherapy from McMaster University in 2016, relocated to Kelowna from Southern Ontario in 2022, and has continued to expand her clinical expertise through advanced training in manual therapy, soft tissue release, taping techniques, acupuncture and IMS.

Katarina is passionate about providing evidence-based care and believes in empowering her patients through education and active rehabilitation. Her treatment approach combines individualized exercise prescription, hands-on manual therapy, dry needling, and other therapeutic modalities to help patients achieve their goals and return to the activities they enjoy.

Whether you are recovering from an injury, managing persistent pain, or looking to improve your physical performance, Katarina is committed to working collaboratively with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that supports your recovery and long-term health. Katarina offers treatment in English and French.

Meet the Team Monday

Shelby Cittick MPT, BKin, CAFCI, FDN2

Shelby’s focus is simple: helping you get back to doing what you love. She takes a one-on-one, whole-body approach to treatment, working to understand the underlying cause of injuries and create individualized plans for recovery. Her treatments may include manual therapy, IMS (functional dry needling), rehabilitative exercise, and education to help keep you moving well.

Shelby grew up on the Sunshine Coast and has always had a strong connection to sport. She completed her Bachelor’s of Kinesiology at University of British Columbia, where she worked as the head athletic trainer for the UBC Men’s Volleyball Team and UBC Women’s Basketball Team, while also supporting rugby, senior A lacrosse, and provincial soccer teams.

She later completed her Master’s in Physical Therapy at UBC in 2016 and has continued expanding her skills through courses in IMS, anatomical acupuncture, manual therapy, kinesio-taping, exercise prescription, and vestibular rehabilitation for conditions such as vertigo.

Outside the clinic, Shelby enjoys spending time with her husband, their dog, and their new baby girl.
