Darren comes with 15 years of experience and a Master’s in Physiotherapy from the University of Alberta (with the Canadian Physiotherapy Award for top academic AND clinical performance, no less 👏) His approach blends dry needling, manual therapy, BFR training, FRC Mobility, spinal manipulation, and Dr. Stuart McGill’s full lower back rehab program into one thing: care that actually works for you.
