I promise, at times, it’s hard for everyone. Myself included. 🙋‍♀️

But on the other side of the hard, is a version of you that you can be so, so, so proud of.

It’s not always easy, but it’s always worth it.

Yes, eating healthy foods is always the first step. But if you still have extra body fat you want to let go of...

The next step is fine-tuning nutrient timing, reworking protein and carbs and creating a plan specific to your metabolic needs!

Eating healthy and eating to improve your metabolism are not the same thing.

I lost my first 25lbs without tracking a single calorie. Most of my clients don’t want to track calories either, yet they still have a ton of success.

So how do we make it happen?

We get really serious about a few things.

But just so we’re all on the same page, I’m also not against tracking calories, and I think it can be a helpful tool to use, once you’re ready for it.

Until you’re ready, though... here are 10 things I’d focus on.

I’m Amanda. 👋 A Holistic Nutritionist who specializes in women’s health, metabolism and weight loss... and these are things I’m not afraid to tell you about losing weight in a sustainable way.

I lost and regained the same weight for years because I was living in an all-or-nothing, perfectionist mindset that got me nowhere in the long term.

But now? After losing 35lbs and keeping it off for over 4 years, I know exactly what holds women back from seeing their own success, and my passion is watching my clients see their own transformations and keep the weight off permanently.

If you relate, follow along for a no-b.s approach to losing weight and feeling your best - for good😊

If you’ve ever tried to ‘just eat less and move more’ but nothing really happened, you’re in the right place.

As a weight loss Holistic Nutritionist who specializes in helping women lose 10-50 pounds, let me tell you, ‘just eat less and move more’ is outdated, overly simplistic, and doesn’t work for women past the age of 30.

There’s one thing your strategy has been missing, and it’s enjoyment.

Weight loss shouldn’t feel like a punishment or something you need to count down the days until it’s over.

And when you learn how to eat MORE, incorporate your favourite foods, and find exercise that makes your body feel good, it’s so much easier to stick to your plan long enough to hit your goals.

This is why my clients not only hit their goal weight, but keep it off long after our work together wraps up.

Imagine if weight loss finally felt peaceful...

👉 no constant food obsession
👉 confidence in yourself
👉 enjoying life without guilt
👉 no strict “diet” rules
👉 consistency without perfection
👉 more energy
👉 better sleep

It’s time to stop putting in so much work for no results on the scale.

If you’re ready to make it happen...

DM me “I’M READY” to see if you’re the right fit for the program.

Did you know that being busy is a form of self-sabotage? It’s a way we try to protect ourselves from what we don’t want to do.

What do you get to say no to if you’re too busy?

Instead of self-sabotaging your weight loss goal by being too busy, try some of these hacks instead!

And remember, it’s a slow process, but quitting doesn’t speed it up!

Save this for later when you need ideas!
