His name was Dane. He was my son. He was 27 years old when he was murdered. And I'm going to keep saying his name.

I did a little writing recently....

My body, my earth, my mind, my heart.
Take me to the stars where it doesn't hurt, take me to a place where I don't exist.
This pain is too much, I just can't hold, this pain is for my son who will never grow old.
His body is at rest - my body has no zest
I can't feel, I cant heal... where is my heart?
It keeps jumping out like a dart!
Dane my son, my heart, my pain, you are gone but I must remain.
You are still light, You will always be bright.
I sit in the dark, not knowing my plight.

Grief Lives in the Body

Grief Has No Timeline

Grief does not move according to a calendar.

There is no “right” amount of time to cry, to feel numb, to talk about your child, to avoid certain places, or to feel like you are functioning on the outside while falling apart inside.

For mothers who have lost a child, grief is not something you simply “get over.”

It becomes part of how you love.

Hello Beautiful beings of light!
I am launching my new business and have changed this page to reflect this. I will always share the spiritual growth content and hope to gather the mummas who are in the muck and mist of Grief to bring some hope and energy back to them.

May 7th is the 10 year anniversary of my sons death. He is still missing and no one has been charged through the murder investigation. I have found peace and acceptance on all levels of this profound loss.
With out acceptance to the core, I believe we continue to suffer. It takes time and spiritual growth to find the super strength we Mumma's have, to carry on and find the joy, purpose and connection to ourselves, others, our precious gaia and spirit world.
