It’s a great opportunity to become familiar with the birth space, learn what to expect, and feel more comfortable navigating your birth environment before the big day.

A lot has been happening behind the scenes at Empowered Birth lately, and we are so excited to finally share a few updates with you

First, our website is officially live! (Link in bio 🔗)

Alongside the new website, you may notice that Empowered Birth also has a new logo and visual identity. This rebrand came from a desire for our visuals to better reflect the heart of this work: thoughtful support, informed decision-making, and care that centres the needs of each family.

Our new logo reflects the unfolding nature of birth, one that doesn’t follow a straight path, but moves in waves. It honours and represents every birth journey.

This new chapter feels deeply aligned with the work we continue to do: supporting families with care, respect, and evidence-based information.
