Our 2nd Annual Wellness Expo was a huge success, with a full house of residents, families, and visitors coming together to learn, connect, and explore new ways to support their health and well-being.

A heartfelt thank you to all of the wonderful wellness professionals who joined us and generously shared their knowledge, expertise, and services with our community. From helpful conversations and demonstrations to new ideas and resources, there was so much to discover!.

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make the afternoon such a success. We loved seeing our community so engaged, curious, and excited about living well! ❤️

Today was a bittersweet day at Valleywood. ❤️

Two of the lovely ladies who stayed with us after being evacuated because of the wildfires were finally able to return home, and we’re so happy to know their homes are safe.

They told us they felt spoiled, almost as though they were on holiday, and we loved making their stay as comfortable as possible and helping them feel at home. We’ll miss them, but our doors, and our hearts, will always be open to them. ❤️

A huge thank you to Mamas for Mamas for donating clothing, and to our wonderful residents for welcoming our unexpected guests with such warmth and kindness.

This is what community is all about. ❤️

Wonderful facility with warm and friendly staff and lovely residents. Incredible amenities, bright rooms, lots of activities, and yummy food menus. Drop in and meet Linda for a tour. You will no doubt have an amazing experience. Strongly and highly recommend this resort-like facility!

Fiesta like there's no mañana! 🇲🇽🎉

What an incredible afternoon at Valleywood's Nacho Libre Mexican Fiesta!

Our community came alive with delicious food, refreshing margaritas, lively games, colourful decorations, music, dancing, and plenty of laughter. A special thank you to the incredibly talented Flor Aguilar for filling Valleywood with the vibrant sounds and spirit of Mexico. 💃🎶

The smiles say it all. Moments like these remind us that retirement is about so much more than where you live—it's about living life to the fullest and making wonderful memories together.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this fiesta such a tremendous success. We can't wait to celebrate with you again!

🚂 All aboard for a wonderful day of adventure!

Our Valleywood residents enjoyed a memorable outing aboard the historic Kettle Valley Steam Railway, travelling through some of the Okanagan's most breathtaking scenery. From rolling vineyards and orchards to spectacular canyon views, the 90-minute journey offered a glimpse into the region's rich railway history aboard the beautifully restored 1912 Steam Locomotive No. 3716.

There were plenty of smiles, laughter, and wonderful memories made along the way. Experiences like these are just one of the many ways we help our residents stay active, connected, and enjoying all that the Okanagan has to offer.

Life at Valleywood is about more than beautiful suites. It's about creating meaningful moments together. ❤️
