I love working with littles! Lately, I’ve been contacted by a number of exhausted parents who have been struggling to find a counsellor for their child under the age of 6. I do, I do!

It’s summertime! & there’s nothing I love more than ice cream and my job! What do ice cream and therapy have in common? They provide comfort. Ice cream has been my comfort food through my knee surgery healing process. Therapy should also provide comfort, not by avoiding difficult emotions, but by helping you move through them either support. I’ll be back in office tomorrow, DM me too book your sweet summer sessions!
