Sprouting Balance is a holistic nutrition education and consultation company passionate about supporting pregnant women (or those who are trying to be!), new moms/dads/caregivers, their babies and young children. The relationship we develop with food at an early age can assist and enable us in navigating many of the stressors in life in the healthiest way possible, while fostering a healthy relati

onship with one’s own body and sense of self. Through workshops, consultation and a supportive community, parents and caregivers can discover and nurture what is ultimately best for themselves and their family.
