Hospitals Are On Notice
It IS possible to safely feed patients who need to follow a gluten free diet.

The Gluten Intolerance Group has given their "Gluten Free Safe Spot" designation to over 20 hospitals in the Universal Health Services network in the U.S. (None in Michigan)
