Ever wondered what your first physio appointment would be like? There’s a little bit of paperwork to start. Then, one of our experienced physiotherapists will sit down with you and discuss what it is that has brought you to physiotherapy- whether it’s an acute injury, chronic pain or impaired mobility, we want to know all about it! They will then go through a series of manual tests to figure out the cause of your pain and your level of mobility. From there they will create a treatment plan specific to you and your situation! If you have any questions, or you are ready to book in for your intial assessment, give us a call at any one of our 4 locations!

We also have a team of Chiropractors and Registered Massage Therapists to help you- whether you are struggling with back pain, headaches, joint pain or general stiffness, our team will be there to support you.
