This week’s clinician spotlight, Jesse 👏

Since joining Creekside Physiotherapy in 2020, Jesse has helped clients from all walks of life move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities that matter most. Using personalized exercise prescription and movement-based rehabilitation, he focuses on reducing pain, improving function, and building long-term resilience.

Jesse has special interest and training in concussion recovery, whiplash injuries, and chronic neck pain, and holds Shift Concussion Management Level 1 and 2 certifications. He is also certified in Functional Movement Systems (FMS) Levels 1 & 2.

As Creekside’s bracing and compression specialist, Jesse is certified in Bauerfeind and Medi compression fittings, as well as Osskin, Donjoy, Spring Loaded and Epic 3D custom knee brace fitting - helping clients find the right support for their recovery and active lifestyles.

When he is not in-clinic, you might find him out fly fishing, playing and coaching hockey, and skiing. 🏒 🎿

Adam enjoys working with all types of MSK injuries from athletes, getting you back to work or getting you back to doing what you love in the Kootenays. This week’s spotlight: Colin 💪

A former member of Team Canada’s Under-23 World Championship cross-country ski team, Colin’s passion for movement and performance sparked his career in kinesiology. With a degree in Exercise and Health Physiology and experience developing strength and conditioning programs for BC Wildfire Service crews, he brings a practical, results-focused approach to every client interaction. 

Colin is passionate about helping people build strength, improve mobility, and regain confidence—whether they’re recovering from a workplace injury, motor vehicle accident, or simply looking to improve their overall fitness and function. His goal is to help clients move better, feel stronger, and get back to the activities they enjoy most.

When he’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find Colin running or biking Kimberley’s trails, or coaching young athletes at the Nordic Centre 🎿🏃‍♂️🚴‍♂️

Christina has a special interest in lower body, spinal, and shoulder injuries and she integrates hands-on treatment, IMS, targeted exercise, and education to support lasting recovery.
