Last Thursday the Hummingbird team had the pleasure of partaking in our second annual team day at the beautiful Sherwood Farm Retreat! We had a wonderful music exercise with our resident music therapist Kaitlyn, spent time with the horses, made a collaborative and meaningful clay art piece, relaxed with yoga and a sound bath, and enjoyed the beautiful scenery while reflecting on our work, and connecting to strengthen our bonds. We are so happy to have such an incredible team of helpers, & to have been hosted at such a serene place 🩵
