What began as "needing to know more", has grown into a deep devotion, a sacred practice of guiding others back to their own light. Energy is always shifting, evolving, and so are we. Through every session, I continue to witness how profound, loving, and intelligent this energy truly is. Reiki with me isn’t just about receiving, it’s about reconnecting. I don’t "fix" or "heal" you. Instead, I gently guide you into the stillness where your own healing knows the way. You are the healer. You always have been. I'm simply here to hold space while you remember. During our sessions, I use my voice in soft, hypnotic tones to invite your body into deep relaxation, making space for your energy to settle, expand, and harmonize. This gentle guidance helps quiet the mind and opens a doorway to your own inner wisdom. You remain fully in control. Your body, your energy, your healing, your pace. This space was built for your comfort. For you to feel seen, held, and completely safe to be as you are. 4:01 am wake ups...
With a happy, no longer hungry Karma, and a good ole cuppa joe, I have time to reflect on something that was said to me last evening.

When we were getting ready to leave my unit last night from work, I was herding up the day crew and told one of the nurses to hurry and go get her stuff, we'd wait. Another nurse looked at me and said, "Are you a Grandmother?".
I didn't think she was talking to me but, shocker, she was.
Looking right at me.
"Am I a Grandmother??? No, nope, ha ha...I'm not a Grandmother".

I immediately thought, here's that Energy Distortion Reflector Frequency again.
Years of fat comments and now we've moved on to a Grandmother!!
One of the other nurses even said afterwards, "Dude...People are so rude to you!!".

But you know what?
Well, a few things here actually.
I didn't take it into my body. I knew exactly what was happening because we had already identified it and named it, and now I see it for what it is. Thank you experience and reflection time!!

But secondly, and wait, this is amazing....drum roll please....

What if I finally did it!!!
What if I'm finally embodying the energy that I talk about soooo much!!!

RICH GRANDMA ENERGY!!!

The energy that is self assured.
The energy that is steady, strong, takes no s**t but makes sure no one is left behind.
Energy that reeks of experience and life lessons.
Energy that holds standards and accountability.
Energy that can be harsh and ferocious when the time calls for it, but oh so nurturing and healing.
Energy that doesn't carry the weight of having to prove anything, anymore.

What if through previously identifying this energy frequency, the distortion frequency, I am now free to cut through the b.s of words, and feel the energy, instead of crumbling over comments?

This is what healing work can lead us to. We will never be able to control what is said and done around us, but we can absolutely be the boss of how we choose to see and validate the world for ourselves.

So instead of being obsessed and thinking that I look "old", and booking a plastic surgery consult, I'm just gonna be over here dripping in RICH GRANDMA ENERGY!
