Do you know that electromagnetic fields (EMFs) are everywhere, and they can harm your health? EMFs are invisible waves of energy that come from devices like cell phones, microwaves, and Wi-Fi routers. They can cause problems like headaches, insomnia, anxiety, and even cancer.
The good thing is, there are some easy ways to lower your EMF exposure and protect yourself. Here are some tips:
• Try to spend the minimum amount of time in front of any screen. Screens emit blue light, which can disrupt the sleep cycle and cause eye strain. If you have to use a screen, adjust the brightness to the lowest level that you can tolerate. It is even better to change your devices setting into the night mode light.
Use a screen protector or blue light blocking glasses to filter out the harmful rays ,( There are glasses that have blue light protector , even without any degree)
• Keep at least one foot distance between you and your cell phone. Cell phones are one of the main sources of EMF exposure, especially when they are close to your head or body. Use the speaker phone or a low radiation headset when possible and avoid carrying your phone in your pocket. Turn off your GPS, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi when you don’t need them, and switch to airplane mode when you are not using your phone.
• Turn off your router when you are not using it, especially at night.
• Keep electrical appliances away from your bed, and the main sitting room and turn them off when not in use.
• Keep your cell phone at a safe distance from your head and body and use airplane mode or a low radiation headset when possible.
• Don’t put your laptop on your lap. Put on a desk table. Use an additional keyboard and mouse, so you can keep a safe distance from your laptop.
• Use an EMF meter to measure the EMF levels in your home and workplace ( There are some online free Apps that you can download on your mobile phone). Try it once and do some arrangements in your home and office to avoid the areas where the exposure is highest.
• Live away from high voltage power lines and cell phone towers or use EMF shielding materials and curtains to block or reduce the EMF pe*******on into your home.
By following these tips, you can reduce your EMF exposure and protect your health. Remember, prevention is better than cure, and EMF protection is better than EMF exposure. Stay safe and healthy!
