Let’s remove the mysticism around warm/cold hands when giving Reiki.

The warmth in the hands is strongly connected to circulation.
A steady flow of Ki (through regular Reiki practice) enhance circulation.
But it is not the only factor.

Things that can contribute to cold hands are:
🥶 Cold surroundings
👨🏻‍💻 Lack of movement / sitting all day long
😰 High stress and tension
💧 Low hydration
🧬 Underactive thyroid
🩸 Low blood sugar levels

✅ In other words, the ingredients for warm hands is practicing Reiki and taking good care of your physical and mental state 🙏😌
