This one means a lot to me.

My good friend and former chef Declan Horgan — Hell’s Kitchen finalist — is coming to Nova Scotia to visit me, and we decided… why not turn the visit into one hell of a weekend at Dal’s Counter!

Declan and I will be cooking up some incredible food and having a little fun along the way. This isn’t your normal sit-down dinner — it’s a casual food-festival-style standing & mingle event with:

📸 Photo opportunities with Declan
🍻 Drinks, music and a great atmosphere
❤️ PLUS — we’ll be doing a fundraiser and giving back to our community!

There’s a lot happening over these two nights, and I’m incredibly excited to have an old friend back in the kitchen with me.
