It’s great to be back! Since I’m coaching from the floor we have an extra bike available for tomorrow morning. Grab it while you can! Come early for a perfect pairing of mat Pilates before the ride. 🚲

Whew… it’s been a tough few weeks. Hard work balancing the business and recovering from a cycling accident. It will be awhile before I’m 100% but there’s so much healing in this place being around good people.
