Hey all you cool cats & kittens! It seems like the days of practicing yoga all together in the same room are still going to be a while longer to get back to so I've joined the land of Zoom classes :-) I'd like to invite you all to join me live online via Zoom.
Below are the 3 seperate classes I will be leading each week

We're back to the mat tomorrow after 2 weeks away for holidays. I can't wait to see all my yogi's and get this new year started off right :-) See you at Westbrook Church at 9:30am to get our yoga on.

Today’s chair yoga class at the church is unfortunately cancelled. I sincerely apologize for the last minute notice but I’m stuck getting my snow tires on. They are incredibly busy and I know I’m not going to make it in time. I’ve tried to contact as many regulars as I can as I sit here and wait. My apologies.
