Happy August! Here’s a look at what’s happening at the studio this month!

August 14th at 7:30pm - Eden zen haus | Eden Dubbin is back for another incredible sound bath. Wear your comfiest clothes and bring any other comfort items you’d like to support you. And journey through the chakras with the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls.

August 16th at 10am - Marie returns with Parent & Child Yoga. $30 for each parent & child pair.

Our 30 days of yoga for $30 promotion is still running! This is available to all new students of the studio. Buy your pass, book your classes and enjoy 30 days of yoga with us!

We’re gearing up for the fall and there will be some schedule changes, new times, new classes and some incredible workshops and special events happening too!

We know summertime is busy, so we have decided to run our Prenatal Yoga and Baby & Me Yoga as drop ins over the summer months.

You can choose any of our memberships or class passes (even our 30 days for $30 pass!) to drop in to these classes.

Prenatal happens on Wednesday evenings at 6pm and Baby & Me is on Fridays at 9:30am. Both classes are run by Ulanda who is such a wealth of knowledge for expectant & new parents alike.

**Please note that a minimum of 2 signups is required for the classes to run, so spread the word and invite your friends!**

I blinked and somehow we’re already in July!

A quieter month at the studio for events, we’ve got Eden back on July 17th with her Ground & Glow sound bath - her last one sold out so book early if you want to join in! It was amazing! ✨

And on July 19th Ulanda will be guiding her restorative yoga & reiki for postpartum, this class is available to anyone who identifies as postpartum, whether you’re newly postpartum or have been for years this class is for you.

Our Crystal Lending Library has been such an intriguing addition to our space.

Who chose what crystal for this class?
Why did they choose that one?
How do they feel after class?
Which one will be the first to crack?

I love that people who love crystals have used them and those who are crystal curious have begun to learn about them.

Every crystal has a corresponding card to give you some info to help you learn more. They tell you the crystal name, metaphysical properties, the chakras they target and some affirmations.

Next time you’re in class, choose a crystal and amplify your wellness.

Our Throwback Flow class on Thursdays is such a fun class.

Come for the yoga, stay for the playlist and the vibes.

We bring the fun to your yoga mat in this all levels flow class. Paired with a throwback playlist that will have you reminiscing on the good ol’ days, remembering “that one time…”, singing out loud because you know every word, and staying present in your body and in the space. It’s hard to think of your to do list when you’re singing along with BSB.

Every Thursday at 8:30pm. Song requests encouraged.

Have you been wanting to give us a try but couldn’t figure out which pass is best for you?

We still have our 30 for $30 pass available! This gives you unlimited yoga for 30 days at the studio for just $30. The pass becomes active once you attend your first class giving you a full 30 days to enjoy your pass and the studio!

Our schedule is jam packed with amazing classes so you will for sure get lots of bang for your buck!

Our classes are all accessible to every level of yogi, whether it’s your first class or your 100th you will feel comfortable, maybe a little challenged and of course supported.

We hope to see you on your mat soon! ✨
