Great day at the Nepean Lawn Bowling Club 🌞. The new season is under way.

Two KLBC teams travelled to Nepean to play in their Mixed Triples tournament on May 16. And wouldn't you know it...they ended up playing each other in the third game! Here's a picture of the 6 KLBC members just before their duel on the speedy synthetic surface at Nepean. We won't tell you how this particular match turned out, but both KLBC teams came home with prize money when the day's results were tabulated.

We’re proud to share that our team has completed Dementia Friendly Community Supporter training through the Alzheimer Society of Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox & Addington. Thank you to Audrey for guiding us through these insightful sessions!

This training helps us better understand and support people living with dementia, along with their families and caregivers.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our colleague and friend, Bernard (Bernie) Bl**er.

Bernie was a dedicated physiotherapist and a valued member of the Best Health team since 2022. He cared deeply about his patients and leaves a lasting legacy in Kingston’s physiotherapy community. His kindness, professionalism, and quiet commitment to helping others will be remembered by all who had the privilege of working with him and receiving care from him.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to Bernie’s family and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time. Our thoughts are with them.

Bernie will be greatly missed.
