Deconstruction of lysergic acid diethylamide

Lysergic acid diethylamide (L*D) is perhaps the best-known psychedelic and is currently being explored as a treatment for neuropsychiatric diseases. Despite being discovered over 8 decades ago, we have an incomplete understanding of how its molecular structure produces its unique pharmacological effects as structure–activity relationship studies have been hindered by the complexity of its tetracyclic ergoline core structure.

Of the classic psychedelics, lysergic acid diethylamide (L*D) is perhaps the best-known, but its complex chemical architecture has limited syntheti...

Conclusions:
The absence of any differences between the exposed on nonexposed groups in the early neonatal period suggest that the better scores of exposed neonates at 1 month are traceable to the cultural positioning and social and economic characteristics of mothers using ma*****na that select for the use of ma*****na but also promote neonatal development.

I can personably attest to the extreme safety and efficacy of Cannabinoid Therapy in treating Osteoarthritis pain and inflammation.

---------------
Increasing evidence from preclinical studies supports the interest of the endocannabinoid system as an emerging therapeutic target for osteoarthritis pain. Indeed, pharmacological studies have shown the anti-nociceptive effects of cannabinoids in different rodent models of osteoarthritis, and compelling evidence suggests an active participation of the endocannabinoid system in the pathophysiology of this disease.
