As the owner of Peace and Possibility, her mission in her individual psychotherapy and facilitation work is to help other women protect against burnout at home and work by challenging the status quo, reconnecting to the wisdom of their emotions and body, redefining selfcare and honouring their needs and boundaries.

Take a little time for yourself to create, connect, and play again. These relaxed craft workshops offer new parents a chance to reconnect with their own creativity.

Through crafts inspired by themes of identity, growth, resilience, and connection, we’ll create
space to reflect on who we were, who we are, and who we are becoming.

No artistic experience needed. Just come as you are, bring your curiosity, and enjoy some time creating alongside other parents. As always, babies are welcome. All supplies included.

Meet Hayley and Erin: twins, mothers, and early childhood experts, also known as "The Nurture Duo" on a mission to redefine sleep support. With a shared 'twin-tuition' for understanding human rhythms, they help parents move past cookie-cutter schedules and get to the heart of their baby’s unique needs. Together, they offer a compassionate roadmap for caregivers to feel regulated, confident, and deeply connected to their little ones.

Drawing on over two decades of professional experience in early childhood education, alongside their lived experience as mothers of four children with very different sleep needs, they empower caregivers to tune into their baby’s rhythms and trust their own intuition above all else.

Every client and family I support carves a special place in my heart. When you do this work, it's hard not to fall a little in love with each family. You go through the hard stuff together, watch them grow, and find their strength.

This review from my last client definitely made me cry:

You really helped me feel less alone when things felt overwhelming, and I'm so grateful for the love and care you've given to both of us.
