Space Between Offering open, holistic spaces for you to navigate the space between grief and gratitude.

Space Between is a safe space to explore a variety of healing modalities as you navigate life before, during, and after loss. This is your sacred pause to find purpose to move forward in your life, while being heard in an understanding community. Space Betweenโ€™s Founder, Jo Anne Kittell

I believe that loss takes many forms, including death and divorce, as well as losses of identity, safety, auton

omy, dreams, or expectations. With over eleven years of experience working in funeral homes as a licensed pre-planner and aftercare specialist, I have borne witness to our societyโ€™s preference that we grieve quietly, quickly, or not at all. My intention is to shift this paradigm, normalize grief, and provide holistic guidance for individuals to grieve openly. No one should be made to feel that their grieving process must be rushed or hidden behind closed doors, nor should anyone remain isolated and alone during this time. I have chosen to bridge the gap between traditional and alternative modalities and apply my skills in a more holistic approach, working with the mind, body, heart and spirit. Honoring the space between, I provide you with tools that empower you to be your authentic self while moving through grief into gratitude at your own pace. I am here to sit by your side, witness you, listen to you, and guide you through your personal journey of loss and healing. SERVICES:

Through gentle movement, breath, sound, and awareness, you are guided to soften, feel, and release at your own pace. This practice is not about poses or performance, but about creating space for the body to let go.

๐Ÿง˜ This practice encourages stillness, mindful breathing, and release of tension while creating space for healing, balance, and renewal. Restorative Yoga is accessible to all levels and can support stress relief, better sleep, emotional well-being, and overall relaxation.

Explore areas where you may be holding tension, tightness, or pain, and discover empowering techniques to release these feelings through expressive movement and emotional release practices.
