Dive into Natasha’s signature style featuring yoga-inspired shapes, threading, grip variations, twisty combos, and creative movement pathways on both spin + static poles.
⚡ Pre-Reqs: Inside & Outside Leg Hang, Brass Monkey, Jamilla
⚡ Level: Intermediate–Advanced

🕢 7:30PM — Shapeshifting for Pole Creatures ($99)
Take foundational beginner moves like Pole Sit, Figurehead, Stargazer, and Jasmine and transform them into something magical through accents, grip variations, and playful movement exploration.
