Frontline Forward KW wellness centre and gym dedicated to helping frontline workers feel healthy, safe, and strong.

Frontline Forward is a support and education wellness center for people working within high stress environments. Focusing on Frontline professionals to prevent and manage symptoms from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Occupational Stress Injury (OSI). Our multi-disciplinary approach holistically balances the mind, body and soul making a positive change in the lives of our members.

Krisandra has developed a strong, firsthand understanding of trauma and high stress environments. This lived experience informs her trauma informed practice and reinforces her belief in resilience, recovery, and meaningful personal growth following adversity.
