What would you discover if you described your inner world exactly as it felt to you?

06/02/2026

There’s so much variety and how people process the world.

A lot of psychic teachers will start by categorizing you into clairvoyant, Clairsentient, etc. I always start by describing your inner world like it’s a living complicated space – because it is. Categorization can be helpful, but can also make us miss the complexity.

As a reader I see a lot of patterns and similarities between different people, but people are so unique and different.

I was working with someone recently, who said that when I described how he processed psychic information suddenly it made sense why the exercises he was trying, weren’t having the effects that he wanted them to.

The question is usually not are you psychic but how do your psychic abilities work?

If this is something you want to understand, better join me over on Substack where I write in more depth about a lot of these things.

I meet a lot sensitive people carrying and managing experiences they’ve assumed belong to them and processing feelings that were never theirs to begin with.

Often they tighten up their bodies to hold the experiences. I’ll feel this as soon as I meet them. They try to ignore or suppress and end up just clenching their chest.

But the most important thing they can do it let themselves discover what’s there. Just notice. Just allow awareness. It’s freeing.

Is this your story too? If it is, you’re in the right place.

There’s a lot of advice available for sensitive people about how to protect themselves, recover faster, limit exposure, build better boundaries.

But what I’ve found working with sensitive people is that the exhaustion and overwhelm aren’t really about the sensitivity itself.

They’re about moving through the world with a capacity you don’t fully understand yet. Picking up information you don’t know how to process. Carrying things you can’t identify.

It’s a lot. But that is not because this sensitivity is a weakness. Sure it makes you vulnerable in certain ways and it can be overwhelming, but it’s also a capacity.

Sensitivity means you have access to additional information and potential insight. The key is to learn how to work with it.

When you do, it becomes an instrument. It becomes your superpower.

You become able to understand what you’re experiencing, what it means, what’s yours and what isn’t.

That’s a completely different starting point… and it’s what I help people get to.

I went to Boston Public Garden and held up a sign.

It ended up leading to a deep and moving conversation about grief and the metaphysical.

The empaths who struggle in business aren’t lacking strategy.

They’re absorbing everyone else’s stuff, getting muddled, and calling it their own resistance.

I know because I’ve felt it too.

Your sensitivity is your greatest edge in this work — the ability to read a room, feel what clients actually need, know things before they’re spoken.

But only once you learn to stop being flattened by what you’re absorbing.

That’s the work. And it’s what I’m here for.

🥰 follow if you’re ready.
