Happy Motivational Monday!

New month and halfway through the year, it’s easy to catch yourself thinking, “Where has the year gone?” Before you know it, thoughts of September, year-end deadlines, and holiday planning start creeping in.

But here’s your reminder:
• There is still plenty of time to make this year count.
• Six months may be behind us, but six more are still ahead. That’s half a year filled with opportunities to learn something new, strengthen relationships, improve your health, build better habits, or accomplish goals you’ve been putting off.
• Progress doesn’t require a January 1st start date.
• It starts the moment you decide to take the next step. Don’t let the calendar convince you that you’ve missed your chance. Some of the biggest transformations happen because someone decided to begin when it would have been easier to wait.

This week, ask yourself:
• What is one goal I still want to accomplish this year?
• What small action can I take today that my future self will thank me for?
• What habit can I strengthen over the next six months?

As we move through July, don’t focus on how much time has passed. Focus on what you can still create with the time that remains.
The story of your year is still being written. Make the next chapter your strongest yet.

YOU can do HARD Things and I’m ROOTING for YOU!

Happy Motivational Monday!

Summer has a way of making us focus on goals. Whether it’s a fitness milestone, a project deadline, a personal challenge, or something you’ve been working toward all year, it’s easy to become fixated on the finish line.

But this summer, let’s try shifting the focus.
Instead of asking, “How much farther do I have to go?” ask yourself, “Who am I becoming along the way?”

Every early morning, every difficult conversation, every workout, every problem solved, and every decision to keep going when it would have been easier to quit is building something far more valuable than a completed goal.

It’s building resilience, confidence, discipline, and character.

The finish line is only one moment. The strength you develop getting there stays with you long after you’ve crossed it.

As we move through the summer, celebrate the progress that isn’t always visible.
Notice the habits you’re creating, the challenges you’re overcoming, and the person you’re becoming.

Those are the victories that prepare you for every future goal.

This week, don’t measure success only by how close you are to the finish line. Measure it by how much stronger you’ve become since you started.

YOU can do HARD Things and I’m ROOTING for YOU!

Happy Motivational Monday!

Summer often encourages us to keep moving, stay busy, and make the most of every day. But sometimes the most productive thing we can do is recognize when we need to ease our pace.

There is strength in knowing when to slow down. It allows us to recharge, refocus, and return with renewed energy. What matters is remembering that slowing down isn’t the end of the journey…it’s simply part of it.

Think of a long hike. Not every section is climbed at the same speed. Some stretches require a slower, steadier pace to reach the top safely and successfully. Life and personal growth work much the same way.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, tired, or challenged this week, don’t measure yourself against yesterday’s pace or someone else’s progress. Focus on your next step. Then take the one after that.

Momentum isn’t built by perfection. It’s built by consistency.

So this Monday, give yourself grace where you need it, patience where it’s required, and determination to keep moving forward. Even the smallest step is proof that you’re still making progress.

Slow down when you need to. Rest when necessary. Adjust your pace. But don’t stop. Your future self will thank you for continuing the journey.

YOU can do HARD things and I’m ROOTING for YOU!

Happy Motivational Monday!

We are feeling like summer this week!

Summer is often seen as a time to slow down, enjoy the longer days, and take a beat from the fast pace of the year. While it’s important to take the moments, it’s also important to remember that every step we take during the summer helps build momentum for the months ahead on how we want to end the year as well.

Progress doesn’t always come from big milestones or major accomplishments. More often, it comes from the small, consistent actions we take each day. A project moved one step forward. These seemingly small efforts add up over time.

Momentum works in our favor when we keep moving. The habits we build, the goals we continue to pursue, and the positive choices we make today create the foundation for a strong finish to the year. Every conversation, every task completed, and every challenge overcome helps carry us forward.

As we move through the summer months, don’t underestimate the value of showing up and giving your best effort, even when progress feels gradual. The work you’re doing today is preparing you for the opportunities and successes that lie ahead.

This week, focus on taking the next step no matter how small. Keep moving forward, stay committed to your goals, and trust that the momentum you’re building now will make a difference in the months to come.

YOU can do HARD things and I’m ROOTING for YOU!

Happy Motivational Monday!

June is here, bringing longer days, warmer weather, and more opportunities to make the season count.

There’s something about this time of year that feels full of possibility. The days are longer, the sun stays out a little later, and it can feel like we’ve been given a little extra time to focus on what matters most. While we can’t add more hours to the day, we can make the most of the ones we have.

It’s easy to get caught up in routines and let the weeks pass by without noticing how much progress we’re actually making. But growth often happens in the small moments the decision to keep going when a task gets challenging, the effort to support a teammate, the commitment to learning something new, or simply choosing a positive mindset when things don’t go as planned.

June is a great time to check in with yourself.
What goals do you want to achieve this summer?
What habits do you want to strengthen?
What opportunities are in front of you that you may not have noticed before?

Remember, success isn’t built in a single day. It’s built through consistent actions, steady effort, and a willingness to keep moving forward even when progress feels slow. Every step matters, and every day is another opportunity to grow.

As we start a new week and a new month, challenge yourself to be intentional with your time, energy, and focus. Take advantage of the opportunities around you, celebrate the progress you’ve already made, and keep taking those small steps forward.

YOU can do HARD things and I’m ROOTING for YOU!

Happy Motivational Monday!

I was reflecting this weekend on my progress to my goals as we get closer to the mid point of the year.

This year I felt like the start of the year was sn*******ng for me and I was finally seeing the results I wanted.

However that was not the case last year at this time and I think that's the message we need to remember.

Not every season of life will feel exciting or successful. Some seasons are about rebuilding. Some are about learning. Some are simply about surviving long enough to find your strength again. And even in those quiet seasons, growth is still happening beneath the surface.

Every time you choose to keep going, you are growing.
Every time you get back up after disappointment, you are growing.
Every time you make the active choice to move forward instead of staying stuck, you are planting seeds for the future version of yourself.

Growth isn’t always loud.
Sometimes it looks like:
• Setting healthier boundaries
• Showing up when motivation is low
• Trying again after failure
•Taking one small step instead of none
•Believing in yourself before you fully see the results

There are parts of your journey that are preparing you for something bigger, even if you can’t see it yet.
So if progress feels slow right now, don’t give up.

You are not behind.
You are becoming.
Keep showing up.
Keep choosing growth.

Keep making intentional choices that move your life forward, even in small ways.
One day you’ll look back and realize that all those little moments of persistence were the very things that helped you bloom!

YOU can do HARD things and I'm ROOTING for YOU!

Happy Motivational Monday

Spring has a way of reminding us that growth does not happen all at once. After months of cold, darkness, and stillness, the world slowly begins to bloom again. Trees grow new leaves, flowers push through the soil, and longer days return little by little.

Fresh starts in life work the same way.

We often think change should happen instantly that we should immediately feel motivated, confident, and ready to take on everything ahead. But real growth is usually much quieter. It happens in the small decisions we make every day to keep moving forward.
Just like spring, fresh starts are not about perfection. They are about renewal.

A fresh start can mean:
Letting go of old habits that no longer help you grow
Planting new goals and routines
Creating healthier boundaries
Choosing optimism again
Giving yourself permission to begin over without guilt

The beautiful thing about spring is that nature never questions whether it is “too late” to bloom. It simply starts again when the season changes.

This week, think about what you want to grow in your life:
More confidence?
Better balance?
Stronger relationships?
Improved health?
Greater peace of mind?

Whatever it is, nurture it patiently. Water it with consistency. Protect it from negativity. Give it time.

Not every season is meant for blooming, but every season serves a purpose.

YOU can do HARD things and I’m ROOTING for YOU!

Happy Motivational Monday!

There was a consistent message that kept coming up this weekend in my conversations around always saying yes to all the events and activities and becoming run down because of it.

We often think growth comes from saying yes, yes to opportunities, yes to helping others, yes to pushing ourselves further. And while that can be true, there’s another side to growth that’s just as important: learning to say no.

Saying no isn’t about being difficult or unhelpful. It’s about being intentional.

Every time you say yes to something that drains your energy, distracts your focus, or pulls you away from your priorities, you’re quietly saying no to something else your time, your goals, your well-being. Over time, those small trade-offs add up.

There’s strength in recognizing what doesn’t serve you anymore. Maybe it’s habits that leave you feeling depleted, commitments that no longer align, or expectations that were never yours to carry in the first place.

When you start saying no with purpose:

• You create space for what actually matters.
• You protect your energy instead of constantly trying to recover it.
• You show others how to respect your boundaries.

You give yourself permission to grow in the direction you choose, not just the direction you’re pulled

It might feel uncomfortable at first. Especially if you’re used to being the one who always steps up, always agrees, always delivers. But discomfort isn’t a sign you’re doing something wrong—it’s a sign you’re doing something different.
And different is where growth lives.

This week, take a moment before you automatically say yes. Ask yourself:
Does this support where I’m trying to go? Or is it pulling me away from it?
You don’t need to justify every no. You just need to be honest with yourself.

Because when you start saying no to what doesn’t serve you, you make room to fully say yes to what does.

YOU can do HARD things and I’m ROOTING for YOU!
