Hey y’all!

I have decided to go unplugged (kinda) for two weeks! I’m going to walk, read, cook, write, workout and just… BE.

My phone will not be glued to my hand like it is now. This means no social use of my phone at all. Just for work stuff. Half of me is terrified 😂 and the other is excited to see where this journey takes me!

This starts Sunday March 19 and I’ll be back Monday April 3!

Social media is amazing and has connected me to so many people I wouldn’t have otherwise met. But I also think it’s really important to step back every so often. Take some “me time” and reset!

I honestly can’t remember the last time I wasn’t completely surrounded by technology, juggling my iPhone and laptop. While I can’t fully escape it, I still have to work 🤓 I’m looking forward to unwinding during my downtime and picking up a book, a REAL BOOK, or going for a walk and just listening to the world around me, not music or an audiobook.

I look forward to telling you about this little journey when I’m back!
