Does the room spin when you change position? It could be vertigo.
That spinning sensation when you turn in bed, look up, bend down, or change position can be a sign of vertigo — but vertigo itself is a symptom, not a diagnosis.
There can be multiple causes, including BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo), one of the most common causes of vertigo seen in clinical practice.
👉 The important part? The right assessment is necessary to identify the cause and guide the right treatment.
Don’t just “live with the dizziness.” If positional changes trigger spinning or dizziness, get assessed by a qualified healthcare professional.
