Anxiety Support Group Central Alberta We are a support group based in Lacombe, Alberta, for people who experience anxiety. Sessions include discussion, peer support, and relaxation techniques.

Share ideas with others who experience anxiety, and learn from peers who can relate. Our support group sessions focus on practical ways that you can manage anxiety and improve your life. Discuss the physiology of anxiety and a variety of strategies to manage and reduce anxiety symptoms, including relaxation techniques and cognitive behavioural approaches. Sessions are facilitated by Candi, an occu

pational therapist who specializes in mental health, anxiety management, relaxation techniques, and life skills. Please note that this is a peer support group. We are not able to provide medical advice or crisis support. If you need assistance or are in crisis, there are resources available.
