I wrote this book to help the children I work with better understand and explore their emotional world through a compassionate and gentle lens inspired by Internal Family Systems (IFS).

As a psychotherapist working with children, teens, and families, I’ve seen how powerful it can be when children learn that all feelings and parts of themselves are welcome, valuable, and worthy of understanding.
