Children are not small adults, and their treatments shouldn’t look like it either.

Paediatric care allows us to meet kids where they are. To accomplish their goals where they will be challenged. That is why most treatments aren’t done in a clinic. Instead, find us at Transfer Beach or on the sports fields, where the real magic happens!

Don’t forget to give Emily, our peds physio, a wave when you see her out there! Her smile will be the dead give away!

Amy has always been passionate about movement, exercise, and helping others understand the importance of staying active throughout all stages of life.

After discovering Pilates herself through community group classes, Amy quickly fell in love with this unique approach to movement and saw the incredible value it could bring to her clients at the clinic. Even after her first class, she appreciated how low-impact and adaptable this style of exercise was, making it an excellent option for individuals across a wide range of functional abilities.

As she learned more about Pilates, Amy became inspired by the depth and variety of the exercise repertoire and the ability to tailor movements to each person’s unique needs and goals. She is proud to have recently completed her Clinical Reformer Pilates training and is excited to bring this passion into her physiotherapy practice, helping others experience the benefits of Pilates and fall in love with it just as she has!

Happy Birthday Morgan 🥳

Morgan joined our Admin Team just about a year ago and honestly, the clinic has been full of laughs since. Nicknamed “Little Boss” she keeps us all in line, accountable to our work, and on top of all our reports (she might beg to differ with a few people 😉). She’s equal parts sweet and sassy and we don’t know what we’d do without her.

Alison is currently enrolled in her Sports Medicine Acupuncture certification and has taken her training for Ortho style Dry Needling. This means that when your primary physio provider is away on holidays, schedules are too tight and you are in need of this treatment, Alison will be your hero 🦸

She is offering 30 minute Ortho Acupuncture sessions at both the Ladysmith and Cedar locations!
