Great teams are built outside the office too, right? 🎨🍂

This fall, our Lakeside Hearing team explored the wonderful world of pottery at , located in the Rotary Centre for the Arts!

There’s something wonderful about getting your hands in the clay, trying something new together, and discovering that some of us might need a little more practice before buying our own pottery wheels! 😂

We love these opportunities to step away from our usual routines, share a few laughs, get creative, and connect as a team.

And that connection comes back with us. Into how we support each other, how we listen, and how we care for every patient who walks through our doors.

A big thank you to the team at for such a fun and creative experience!

Kelowna, what's the most creative team-building activity you've tried? 🍁

☕ Good coffee. Good conversation. Good company.

Sometimes, having somewhere to go, someone to talk to, and a reason to get out of the house can make all the difference.
That's what makes Lake Country Health's Social Connection Coffee Group so special.

The group brings older adults together in a welcoming, relaxed setting to meet new people, share stories, make friends, and enjoy a little time together.

We're proud to sponsor this wonderful community program and grateful to Lake Country Health for the work they do to help people stay connected.

💛 Know someone in Lake Country who might enjoy a little coffee and conversation? Share this with them!

We're excited to share some big news.

Lakeside Hearing has been selected as one of British Columbia's first providers of Lenire, an evidence based tinnitus treatment that has recently become available in Canada.

As the only clinic currently providing Lenire in the Okanagan, we're proud to offer another option for people living with chronic, bothersome tinnitus, right here at home.

For years, many of our patients have asked us about Lenire. They've followed the research, waited for Health Canada approval, and hoped they wouldn't have to travel outside the region to access it. We're thrilled we can now offer that option here in Kelowna.

Tinnitus is rarely just about ringing in the ears. It often exists alongside hearing loss, communication difficulties, dizziness, or balance concerns. That's why every tinnitus journey at Lakeside begins with a comprehensive assessment. We take the time to understand the full picture before recommending any treatment, because the right solution is different for every person.

Lenire is one more evidence based tool that may be appropriate for some people with chronic tinnitus, and we're honoured to be among the first clinics in British Columbia trained and certified to provide it.

Thank you to everyone who has trusted us with their hearing health over the years. We're excited to continue bringing leading hearing and tinnitus care to the Okanagan.
