This energy is wild. But there are so many opportunities coming through for me right now that are keeping me grounded in the craziness.

As much as I have been feeling challenged and circumstances are at times tough on the surface, I have been noticing how quickly my skills have been building and how much more ease I feel in shifting back into joy, or more accurately, releasing into joy. Letting go of the things that are seeming to block me from that joy.

Real success summit is one of those opportunities, filled with inspiration and information. Right now listening to renowned hypnotherapist Marisa Peer and loving it! Especially perfect timing as I am opening up my hypnotherapy practice and building skills with NLP training!

🙈 Vulnerability Alert!

Up until recently my youtube channel has been only hypnosis and meditation videos. I had a lot to share but I was allowing myself to be held back from fear, and stayed in my comfort zone.

I have taught and shared about this kind of thing a lot, but usually not in such a public way.

Well, I was recently inspired to make a video walking through 5 Steps to Move Through Anxiety.

I didn't know what I was going to say but I knew the 5 main parts, so I went ahead and recorded in one shot, did some minor editing and posted!

It felt so good to break through my comfort zone and share things that may help people with practical tools and new perspectives.

And go figure, it has already been viewed more than any of my other videos were at this point!!

Living in fear sucks!
Unless you're living under a rock you've likely been feeling some unpleasant effects of the current situation - to say the least. Because with all the fear and panic floating around it's no wonder if you're becoming a big ball of stress! 😬
But stress leaves you more at risk because it puts a huge burden on your immune system - not to mention mental health.
Imagine that you have released the fear and tuned in to peace and hope - even joy! Notice how much lighter that feels? 🎈
