A very late introduction to our newest Registered Physiotherapist Riddhi Seth!

Riddhi is an empathetic, passionate, and optimistic physiotherapist with over ten years of experience in healthcare. She is a dedicated professional and believes in continuous learning to stay updated with current knowledge and deliver quality patient care.
Riddhi completed her Bachelorâs of Physiotherapy in 2011 from India. She also pursued a yoga teacher training course in 2014 in India. She was an active member of the sports team throughout the college and received the best bowler award in an intercollege cricket tournament.
Riddhi recently completed a Masterâs in Health Management from McMaster University in July 2022 all while caring for her 18 month old baby boy and working as a full-time Physiotherapist with Vancouver Island Health Authority.
Her continuing education courses involve post-op rehab, soft tissue injury intervention, tapping, neurodevelopmental therapy, mobilization with movement, mental health and wellness, concussion: prevention, detection and management, and combined movement analysis.
Riddhiâs continuing education training has allowed her to treat populations from pediatrics to geriatrics. Her exceptional skills enable her to bring a holistic approach to treating rotator cuffâ¨injuries, sprain, strains, acute or chronic back pain, fibromyalgia, chronic pain syndrome, and post-op rehabilitation. She develops a customized treatment plan for individual patientsâ conditions following a thorough and detailed assessment. She ensures to construct the exercises and interventions by considering her clientâs specific needs and goals by utilizing physio yoga, manual therapy, and pain management.
Riddhi prides herself on her calm demeanor and enjoys weightlifting, running and yoga in her spare time. Riddhi also serves the community as a volunteer in various capacities.
