Three sessions isn't the minimum.

It's the foundation.

Enough to get stronger, build muscle and make meaningful progress.

Achievable enough to consistently complete what you planned.

And when life allows more? Do more.

Build success first.

Then build from it.

That's Full Body Aesthletics.

Losing over 30kg is impressive.

Becoming one of the strongest you’ve ever been along the way tells a much bigger story.

When Prince started coaching, this was never about simply making the number on the scales as small as possible.

We wanted to build something.

Strength. Structure. Consistency. Confidence.

And over the time we’ve worked together, that’s exactly what he’s done.

Over 30kg down, while continuing to get stronger and eventually pulling a 300kg deadlift.

But as impressive as those numbers are, the biggest change has probably been in Prince himself.

The discipline he’s built. The standards he holds himself to. The confidence that comes from repeatedly proving to yourself that you’re capable of more.

Because a transformation shouldn’t just leave you lighter.

It should leave you stronger, fitter, leaner and more capable than when you started.

And Prince is a pretty fu***ng good example of that.

Proud of you mate ❤️

If you’ve been training for a while but feel like your effort isn’t translating into the progress you know you’re capable of, I’ve got a few spaces available for 1-1 coaching right now.

Drop me “COACHING” and we’ll have a chat about where you’re at, where you want to get to, and whether I can help.

Sometimes you don't need more motivation. You just need to feel like you're in control again.

When Em started coaching, she wasn't someone who knew nothing about training or nutrition. She'd trained before, played sport and knew plenty of the things she should be doing.

But knowing what to do and consistently doing it when work is busy, life gets stressful and your confidence has taken a knock are two very different things.

What I'm most proud of with Em isn't just the physical transformation you saw last week.

It's watching her rebuild that confidence.

Training became consistent again. Nutrition became something she could manage without it controlling her. She got stronger. She became leaner. And eventually she went from someone who wasn't sure she'd ever feel completely comfortable in her body again to standing in front of a camera for a photoshoot.

That's the part of transformation pictures don't always show.

The person you become along the way.

I'll let Em tell you the rest ❤️

If you see a little bit of yourself in Em's story and feel like you're ready to get some structure, confidence and momentum back, I've got a few coaching spaces available right now.

One of the biggest misconceptions in fitness is that your leanest physique should become your new normal.

Every year after a photoshoot, I'll get the same question.

"If you can get that lean… why don't you stay there?"

The answer is that I don't believe the leanest version of me is automatically the best version of me.

Photoshoots have taught me some incredible lessons. They build discipline, patience and resilience. They remind me what's possible when I commit to a goal. I'll probably keep doing them for years because I genuinely enjoy the challenge.

But I've never wanted that level of leanness to define my life.

Maintaining a photoshoot physique all year comes with trade-offs. More planning. Less flexibility. More saying no. For some people, that's a trade they're happy to make. For me, it isn't.

I'd rather have the freedom to enjoy a weekend away, grab dinner with friends after a hike, book a spontaneous trip or spend a little less time thinking about food and a little more time experiencing life.

That's why I see a photoshoot as a season, not a destination.

I train hard because I love the process. I enjoy challenging myself. I enjoy seeing what I'm capable of.

But when the challenge is over, my priorities shift.

Not away from fitness.

Back towards the life that fitness was helping me build in the first place.

Because fitness should improve your life.

Not become it.

For years, I thought fitness was the destination. Train harder. Lift more. Get leaner. Repeat. It felt like the more time I devoted to fitness, the more successful I'd become.

Then I realised something. The people I admired most weren't the ones who spent every waking hour in the gym. They were the people who had built lives they were excited to live. They travelled. They hiked mountains. They played sport at the weekend. They had the energy to chase their kids around the garden. They said yes to opportunities because they knew their body could keep up.

That's what an Everyday Athlete means to me. Not someone who competes for a living, but someone who prepares for living. Someone who understands that fitness isn't the purpose—it's one of the tools that allows you to experience more of life.

Because life has a funny way of asking things of you when you least expect it. A friend needs help moving house. You decide to hike a mountain on holiday. You book a charity run. You spend an entire day exploring a new city on foot. Life never checks whether you're ready first. It just arrives.

That's why we train. Not because we want fitness to become our whole life, but because we want it to make the rest of our life bigger. Strong enough to handle life's demands. Fit enough to keep saying yes. Lean enough to feel confident. Capable enough to experience more.

That's what we're building at Tribe Coaching.

Become an Everyday Athlete.

Harry didn't lose over 30kg because he suddenly became more motivated. He transformed because he finally had a system he could consistently stick to.

As a police officer working shifts, life was never going to be predictable. Trying to force a rigid five or six-day training split around an already demanding schedule only left him missing sessions, feeling frustrated and believing he was the problem.

The reality was, the problem was never Harry. It was the plan.

So instead of trying to fit his life around his training, we built his training around his life. Three structured full-body sessions became the foundation, with the flexibility to do more when time and energy allowed. That meant he could stop chasing perfection and start building consistency.

Week after week he showed up. Those completed workouts became confidence. That confidence became consistency. And that consistency changed everything.

Over 30kg later, Harry isn't just leaner. He's stronger, healthier, more confident and far more capable than the person who first started.

That's why I believe transformation doesn't happen when people find more motivation. It happens when they finally have a system they can trust.

If you've been struggling to stay consistent, maybe the problem isn't you.

Maybe it's the plan
