Having free time doesn’t make you available.

True availability comes from choice, not obligation. When we’re constantly pulled by the urgency of others’ needs, we lose touch with our own rhythms and capacity.

Boundaries aren’t walls, they’re gentle guardians of your energy. They create the space where real self-care can begin to take root. They allow you to show up more fully, not from depletion, but from a place of grounded presence.

You don’t have to push through exhaustion because someone needs you. Your nervous system deserves rest that isn’t earned through productivity or people-pleasing.

Honouring your limits is a quiet act of healing for you, and for everyone who benefits from a more regulated, authentic you.
