We’re excited to share our new fitness schedule for April, May, and into June, and there are some great updates we think you’ll love! ✨ What’s New We’ve added new equipment to enhance your experience, including: Free weights Weighted balls Resistance bands Yoga blocks Our classes will now feature a fusion-style approach, blending yoga, pilates, body resistance, and weights—each instructor bringing their own unique style to create a well-rounded and energizing practice. 👩‍🏫
Meet the Team We’re excited to share a few updates to our amazing team! A big thank you to Crysta for stepping in to sub classes, we’re so grateful to have you! A warm welcome to Christine, who will be teaching pilates every Tuesday and Thursday morning. And please join us in welcoming Dawn, she is very excited to add Pilates into her teaching and has been working on that since September 2025. 🔗 Easier Booking (No More Toggling!) We’ve simplified registration so you no longer need to select individual instructors.
