Improving your quality of life, helping you get and stay active, and getting you back to doing what you love!

Your body doesn’t need to be falling apart before you ask for help.

You don’t need to:

❌ Wait 3 months
❌ Stop everything
❌ Stretch everything
❌ Push through everything
❌ Diagnose yourself on Google

Sometimes the most useful thing you can do is figure out what’s actually going on and what your body needs next.

That’s what an assessment is for.

08/26/2026

You do NOT need to walk into my treatment room with a diagnosis, a list of muscles, or a 47-tab Google search open. 😂

You can literally say:

“This hurts. I don’t know why. And it’s annoying.”

Perfect.

That’s where the assessment starts.

PART 2 of 2

One of the biggest reasons people don’t book?

“I don’t know what happens when I get there.”

Fair.

So here’s the short version:

We talk → assess → treat → move → make a plan.

Now you DO.

08/21/2026

Your friendly reminder that movement doesn’t have to be complicated.

Try these when you’ve been stuck in one position for too long:

✔️ Neck stretches
✔️ Posture resets
✔️ Wall slides

✔️ Thoracic rotations

Keep them gentle and controlled. You shouldn’t be forcing through sharp or worsening pain.

And remember:

An exercise feeling good doesn’t automatically tell us WHY you’re having the problem.

If something keeps coming back, limits what you want to do, or just doesn’t feel right, that’s when it’s worth getting assessed.

Because the goal is to figure out what YOUR body actually needs.

Save this for your next desk-work day.

Things you DON’T need before booking an Athletic Therapy appointment:

❌ A diagnosis
❌ A perfect explanation
❌ To know which muscle is causing the problem
❌ To be an athlete
❌ To wait until you can’t function

You can literally walk in and say:

“Something hurts and I have no idea why.”

Perfect.

That’s where we start. 😂

The goal isn’t to throw random treatments at you.

It’s to listen → assess → explain → treat → move → create a plan.

PART 1 of 2
One of the biggest reasons people don’t book?

“I don’t know what happens when I get there.”

Fair.

So here’s the short version:

We talk → assess → treat → move → make a plan.

And no, you don’t need to walk through my door knowing exactly what’s wrong.

That’s literally part of my job. 😂

My goal isn’t to give everyone the same treatment or hand you a giant exercise list.

It’s to understand you, figure out what your body needs, and create a plan that actually fits your life.

Because:

Maintenance > burnout.
Consistency > intensity.
Listen to your body.
Train for life.

If you’ve been thinking, “I should probably get this checked…”

Consider this your sign.

08/14/2026

Waking up with a neck that suddenly refuses to cooperate is a special kind of betrayal. 😂

But here’s the thing:

Not every stiff neck needs to be aggressively stretched, cracked or completely immobilized.

Sometimes the best approach is gentle movement + understanding what’s contributing to it + gradually restoring normal movement.

And if your neck pain is severe, persistent, keeps returning, or comes with other concerning symptoms, that’s your cue to get it properly assessed.

This is exactly why I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all fixes.

Your body needs the right approach for you.

👉 If your neck has been bothering you, book an assessment
👉 Or DM me “NECK” and let’s figure out where to start.

Just stretch your neck” is probably one of the most common pieces of advice people get.

And sometimes? It helps.

But if your neck keeps coming back tight, the answer usually isn’t another random stretch you found online.

Your body is connected.

The goal isn’t to fight your body.
It’s to understand it.

Listen to your body.
Stay consistent.
Train for life.

The big wins are great…
but the small ones? That’s where everything changes.

Moving without thinking.
Feeling like yourself again.
Trusting your body.

That’s the goal.

Your therapist cares way more than just range of motion and strength.

👉 Book your session and get back to what you love!
