Reminder my practice will be closed from April 7th to April 16th.

I’ll be taking a much-needed time to rest, recharge, and give my hands a well-deserved break. During that time I’ll be unreachable, so calls, texts, and emails won’t be monitored. I’ll return all messages on April 16th.

Thank you all for keeping me busy doing what I love and for always being so wonderful to work with. I truly appreciate every one of you, and I look forward to seeing you when I’m rested and recharged again!

In the meantime, please:
• move your body
• stretch a little
• and try not to replace me with a questionable massage gun from the internet!🤣

As this year comes to a close, I just want to say thank you — truly.

Thank you for trusting me with your bodies - your aches, pains, stress, chronic issues, and everything in between. Thank you for trusting me with your healing, your relaxation, and sometimes even your life updates while you’re on my table.

This career allows me to do what I love most — nurture, care, listen, and help people feel better in a job I am so passionate about— and I don’t take that lightly.
