I’ll still be keeping two late evenings each week for my after-work clients, and I’m adding select Saturday appointments each month for a little more flexibility and those days are already open to online booking.

As much as I love what I do, I’m learning that balance matters for the massage therapist too. These new hours will allow me to keep giving you my best while also giving my body a little more recovery time.

Thank you, as always, for keeping me so busy and supporting my little home clinic. I appreciate you more than you know. 🤍 ‼️

My buddy Ashton has retrieved her vehicle and my clients can once again pull up without wondering, “Ummm… is she running behind, do I have the correct day?” 🤣

One parked car was enough to cause a couple weeks of confusion around here. Not going to lie though, you all made me giggle!

The fact that people trust me with their health, their healing, and their time is something I’ll never take for granted.

That’s a pretty incredible gift.

Reminder my practice will be closed from April 7th to April 16th.

I’ll be taking a much-needed time to rest, recharge, and give my hands a well-deserved break. During that time I’ll be unreachable, so calls, texts, and emails won’t be monitored. I’ll return all messages on April 16th.

Thank you all for keeping me busy doing what I love and for always being so wonderful to work with. I truly appreciate every one of you, and I look forward to seeing you when I’m rested and recharged again!

In the meantime, please:
• move your body
• stretch a little
• and try not to replace me with a questionable massage gun from the internet!🤣

“Alright, that’s our time”…and suddenly you’re in full denial like I did not just say that. 😂

The deep breathing gets deeper, the eyes stay closed a little longer, and we all pretend five more minutes might magically appear. I see you… and honestly, I’m flattered.

I promise I’ll wake you gently… but the way some of you pop up confused like you’ve time-traveled is my favourite part of the day.

If it’s been ‘forever’ since your last massage, your muscles have officially started a group chat about you. 😂

Warm table, soft blankets, quiet room and
someone else taking care of you for an hour.

Sounds pretty perfect honestly.

You know I had to jump on this trend! The unpaid job he never applied for…
but supports me in every way so I can support my clients!

Forever grateful.
