🥰THIS IS WHAT MAKES MY JOB SO REWARDING! 🥰

K…, I am SO proud of you! 🤩 Not only did you absolutely KILL IT with your weight loss, but your inch loss was incredible, too! What an amazing accomplishment!

But what really touched my heart was hearing you say, “I'm going to be honest with you. I've been struggling the past couple of days, and I knew I needed to come in and get my coaching.”

You then said to me, and that is why this plan works: I GET IT!

That right there is what coaching is all about!🙌 It's not about being perfect. It's about recognizing when you need support, showing up even when things feel hard, and reminding yourself why you started in the first place.

We coaches, are so invested in every single one of our clients because we genuinely care. My greatest wish is for every person who walks through our doors to know that they are never alone on this journey. 🦚

We've been through our own weight loss journeys, so I understand the emotional roller coaster. Bargaining with yourself. The “I'll start again tomorrow.” The days when you're motivated and the days when everything feels harder than it should. I GET IT!
